We start with the specific things that are tripping you up today - not a generic curriculum. Most students arrive with 5–10 real questions, and that's the agenda.

We sit with you, hands on the keyboard. We don't take over - you do the steps, we coach. That's the only way it sticks.

Write it down
Every session ends with a short cheat sheet of what we covered, in your own words, so you can re-do the steps next week without us.

Never. There is no such thing as a dumb question here - the device is supposed to serve you, not the other way around. Most of our tutoring clients tell us they wish they'd called five years ago.
