Choose 'New-device setup' when you book, or message your technician. We can collect it from the store or meet the delivery.

We migrate, connect and secure it
Data, accounts and apps across; Wi-Fi at every property, printers, TVs and scenes paired; updates, backups, lock screen and second factors set before it is handed over.

The old device is dealt with
Wiped for a hand-me-down or resale, kept as a spare, or recycled - and its entry in your profile retired.
