Your plan month funds one hour of tech help for an Austin senior.
Technology trouble lands hardest on the people least likely to call for help. So every month a Ryse Home Plan is paid, Ryse funds one hour of free in-home technology help for an older Austinite who could not budget for it - a phone that stopped ringing, a TV that lost its channels, a scam text before anyone taps it - and our own technicians go and deliver it. It comes from Ryse, not from your hours or your price, and both counts are published for anyone to check: the hours the plans have funded, and the hours we have served.
- 1 hr

Count what your membership gives
Set how long you might stay on the plan and watch the hours add up, next to what every member has funded and what our technicians have served so far.
Every heart is one hour of free in-home help for an older Austinite, delivered by a Ryse technician. The site publishes two counts: hours funded, recomputed from the plan records, and hours served, the logged time of every visit.

What to expect
- 01
Your plan month is paid
Each month your Ryse Home Plan renews, one more month joins the funded count. The month in progress when the program began, on Oct 3, 2026, counted first.
- 02
Ryse funds one hour
We set the hour aside from the plan's own price. Nothing is drawn from your 5 included hours and nothing is added to your bill.
- 03
A technician serves a neighbor at home
One of our own technicians visits the senior - the same patient, in-person help you get, free to them - and the visit joins the served count.
What's included
- One hour of in-home technology help for an Austin senior for every paid month of your plan
- Delivery by Ryse's own technicians, scheduled by us, free to the person helped
- Two running counts, published at rysetech.net/neighbor-hours and shown on your plan page and in the Ryse app: hours funded by the plans, and hours served
- Your own count: how many hours your membership has funded since you joined
Limits, and what bills separately
- This is Ryse's pledge, funded from the plan's price: not a credit, a discount or a tax receipt for you
- A paused or unpaid month funds nothing; a cancelled plan counts through the month you paid for
- Served follows funded: the hours are delivered as visits are scheduled with the seniors who need them, so the served count trails the funded count by weeks
- Who receives the help is our call, from the requests we get and the seniors we meet; we cannot promise a visit to a particular person or by a particular date
Ryse's pledge, alongside the plan terms
“For every paid month of a Ryse Home Plan, Ryse funds one hour of free in-home technology help for an Austin senior, delivered by its own technicians. The pledge is Ryse's own: it draws nothing from a member's included hours or price, and the running counts of hours funded and hours served are published at rysetech.net/neighbor-hours.”

Neighbor Hours, answered
No. The hour is funded by Ryse out of the plan's price. Your 5 included hours, your bank and your bill are exactly what they would be without it.
