Send it before anyone clicks.
The most expensive problems start with one click. Members have a direct message line to a technician: forward the email that looks wrong, photograph the pop-up, ask whether the text is real. A technician answers, fixes it remotely when they can, and when a visit is needed you are placed ahead of hourly bookings.
- Direct
- a technician, not a ticket queue
- Ahead
- of hourly customers when a visit is needed
- Mon–Fri 7am–6:30pm · Sat–Sun 9am–5pm

Is it real, is it safe, what to do next. Most of these are settled remotely in minutes - no visit, no hours used.

If it needs a visit, you go ahead of the queue
Member requests are scheduled ahead of non-member hourly bookings. You'll see the earliest time we can offer right in the booking.
What's included
- A direct message line to a technician, from the dashboard and the Ryse app
- Priority scheduling: member requests are placed ahead of non-member hourly bookings
- Remote fixes and advice over the line that need no visit

Limits, and what bills separately

- The line is for the household's own technology; business IT belongs with our Enterprise services
- Remote sessions over the line are logged like any other time once they become real work

Priority line, answered
During service hours (Mon–Fri 7am–6:30pm · Sat–Sun 9am–5pm) a technician picks up priority messages as they come in. We don't promise a clock time on the Home Plan - members who need acknowledgement at any hour are what the Executive Plan is for.
