Choose 'New-device setup' when you book from your dashboard or the app. Keep the old device handy - most of the setup is moving your life across.

We migrate, connect and secure it
Data, accounts and apps come across; Wi-Fi, printers, TVs and the smart home are paired; updates, backups, the lock screen and second factors are set before you touch it.

The old device is dealt with
Wiped for resale or hand-me-down, kept as a backup, or recycled - your call, done properly.
What's included
- Up to 3 new devices per billing month - phones, computers, tablets, TVs, printers or similar
- Up to 2 hours of setup and migration for each device
- Migration of data, accounts and apps; Wi-Fi, printer and streaming sign-ins; updates, backup and security settings
- Secure wipe of the device being replaced, on request

- A 4th setup in the same month draws from your hours like any visit
- Time past 2 hours on one device draws from your hours
- The device itself, accessories and software licenses are not part of the plan
